Tranche de mémoire en lecture seule pour I/O vectorielle.

Layout C-compatible avec struct iovec du kernel Linux (iov_base + iov_len). Garantit que le buffer référencé reste valide pour la durée de l’appel syscall.

§Safety

Le buffer pointé doit rester valide et immuable pendant tout appel syscall qui consomme cette tranche.
